Choose Essential if you just need reliable hosting and maintenance. Choose Standard if you want regular content updates and ongoing support. Choose Premium if your business needs more frequent changes, faster turnaround, and a higher level of hands-free management.

Text updates, image swaps, adding new sections, updating prices, blog edits, and other content changes all count. Standard includes 3 hours per month and Premium includes 5 hours per month. Major redesigns are quoted separately.

Additional changes on all plans are available at £30 per hour (minimum 1 hour). This applies to work beyond the included monthly hours on Standard or Premium, or any changes needed on the Essential plan.

Yes! You can move between Essential, Standard, and Premium anytime. Upgrades can be made straight away, and downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

You own: All content you provide (text, images, logos, videos) and any original content created specifically for your business.

SJ Web Designs owns: The website code, design systems, and underlying technical infrastructure.

All plans have a minimum 12-month term from the project start date. After that minimum term has been completed, if you cancel your subscription, we'll provide a copy of the website code and assets for you to host elsewhere. The notice period works as follows: If you're billed on the 21st of each month and submit notice on the 22nd of January, your final payment will be due on 21st April, and service continues until that date. You remain responsible for all payments during the notice period. Provision of the code may be subject to payment of any outstanding fees or an agreed transfer fee. Until transfer, SJ Web Designs retains control over the code, repository, and hosting environment.

Most websites are completed within 2-4 weeks from signing the agreement and receiving your content. The exact timeline will be agreed upon in your contract and depends on content availability and your feedback during the design phase.

During the initial design phase, you're entitled to a set number of revision rounds (specified in your contract). This ensures you're completely happy with the design before launch. Additional revisions beyond what's included may incur charges at £30 per hour.

Additional pages can be added at £30 per hour. Most additional pages take 1-2 hours to create.

Payments are non-refundable once work has started. All plans have a minimum 12-month term, and after that you can cancel with two full months' notice.

Yes. Monthly plan prices may be reviewed annually and adjusted in line with inflation or significant increases in operating costs. If this happens, you'll always be given advance notice before any new pricing takes effect.

Yes, we may showcase your project in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing. This helps us demonstrate our work to potential clients.
