    Minimum term

    All plans have a minimum 12-month term from the project start date. After that, they can be cancelled with two full months notice in writing.

    Need more than the included monthly support time or want extra features added? Additional work is charged at £30 per hour with advance quotes provided.

    Annual price review

    Monthly plan prices may be reviewed annually and adjusted in line with inflation or significant increases in operating costs. Any changes will always be communicated in advance.
